Cancellation Policy:
At Town Village Sdn. Bhd., we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order or service. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery or service date. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled delivery or service date, no fee will be charged.
Service Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a service, please contact us as soon as possible. Services can be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled service date. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled service date, a cancellation fee of RM 100 may be charged.
Refunds:
If you cancel within the allowed time frame, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from the refund amount.
